Born 1966 in Bournemouth, UK, Steve Menary is a freelance writer and journalist. He is a regular contributor to World Soccer magazine and a member of the Sports Journalists Association.

He has written on sport for a variety of titles, including Four Four Two, Guardian Unlimited, Panstadia, Sport & Society and When Saturday Comes.
