CV
David Kilpatrick is Associate Professor of English Literature and Philosophy at Mercy College (NY).
He was born in Amsterdam, NY and raised in the Mohawk Valley and Memphis, TN.
He earned his PhD in Comparative Literature and MA in Philosophy at Binghamton University. His research interests include modernism, play and the theory of criticism.
He is the author of Writing with Blood (EyeCorner, 2011) and his writing appears in journals such as Aethlon, Hyperion, Theatre Journal and The Brooklyn Rail and on the blog, http://socceroffbroadway.blogspot.com.
As President/Commissioner of ADFH United/AYSO 324, he oversees a local soccer program with roughly 1,000 players in the New York Hudson Rivertowns. |
