The main conference hotel is the Courtyard by Marriott Tampere City. It is situated right next to the conference venue, Tampere Hall, with a connecting corridor.

Each guest must make their own reservation by using the reservation link and code that will be sent to them in the email confirming their conference registration. 

All room reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Reservations will be charged at check-in from the given credit card.

Room rates (until 26 September 2025):

Standard single room/night: €129  
Standard double room/night: €149

Hotel reservations by attendees must be received before 26 September 2025. After this cut-off date, the unreserved rooms will be released for sale at an unknown price.

Lapland Hotels Arena

We have also reserved rooms for delegates at the Lapland Hotels Arena, which is situated only 8-10 min. walk from the conference venue at Tampere Hall.

All room reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Reservations will be charged at check-in from the given credit card.

Room rates (until 12 September 2025):

Standard single room/night: €134  
Standard double room/night: €154 

Room rate includes: Breakfast buffet and usage of common saunas. Lapland Hotels Club benefits and points are also included.
