The full package registration fee includes:

Please note that the registration price for abstract submitters will be calculated as of the day of the abstract submission.

* Students must provide a written certification by their institution, head or department or employer. This certificate must be sent to maria@playthegame.org upon registration. If this letter is not received, the full registration fee will be charged.

Cancellation

Cancellations must always be made in writing to maria@playthegame.org.

In case of cancellation before 31 December 2023, the full amount less a cancellation fee of NOK 300 will be refunded. Cancellations made after 31 December 2023 and 'no shows' will be charged at full cost.

Participants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time. Requests must be made in writing and sent to maria@playthegame.org. There will be no fee for this service
