In case of cancellation or no-show you will be charged in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy. Play the Game takes no responsibility for delegates with regards to cancellation after the cancellation deadline.
Any incidentals (phone, mini bar, room service etc.) must be paid directly to the hotel upon departure.
