About Play the Game Take Part

In September 2006, Play the Game launched this weblog with the aim of establishing an open forum for debate and dialogue in today’s international world of sport.

The focus of the weblog is issues such as transparency and democracy in sport governance, health, anti-doping, development and all aspects of contemporary sports journalism.

At Play the Game, we consider an open discussion forum of vital importance in today’s sports political arena. The blog is an extension of our existing sports political news service at www.play thegame.org and it is an integrated part of the website.

Play the Game take part is an open space where you can express yourself in relation to sport and sports politics as the media at present time do not offer many such possibilities.

The blog is highly internationally oriented and provides an excellent opportunity for dialogue and networking with professionals in the field of sport from all over the world.

You are invited to participate!

Play the Game has the pleasure of inviting you to become active participants on the blog. At Play the Game take part - you create the news and the stories up for debate. We hope you will consider sharing your knowledge and views with the rest of the international sporting community.
