The trial opened in Lausanne on Wednesday and concluded yesterday. However, the judge deferred making a ruling until next week.

Nobody sees it, nobody knows and Ruben Acosta takes the money. So are the accusations of Mario Goijman against the FIVB. On day two of the Volleygate case the defence demanded an end to this "game of vindictiveness." The judge called the case "complicated" and deferred making a ruling.
