Chairman of the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Doping Control - USA Track & Field - established at the Sydney Olympic Games by the Unites States Olympic Committee and USA Track & Field. Investigated alleged cover up of doping offences by USA Track & Field and its athletes at the Sydney Games.

Creation of the Commission arose from media allegations surrounding the issue of C.J. Hunters doping tests and his apparent competition at Sydney with his spouse, Marion Jones. Report July 11, 2001.

Arbitrator for the Canadian Olympic Association in team selection dispute with Badminton Canada. Report July, 2000.

Appointed as a one man Commission of Inquiry into alleged harassment problems withRugby Canada. Report March, 2000.

Member of a three person neutral arbitrator panel on a sexual harassment case involving a Canadian amateur female athlete and a Canadian international sports judge and sport official.
