Curriculum Vitae:

I work as a self-employed management and quality consultant, having previously been a senior manager in the National Health Service and in Local Government. In my professional capacity I have published material about the application of quality models to football clubs.

I have been the Chair of the Football Supporters Association since June 2000, having previously been the Vice-Chair.

I support Stoke City, an English 2nd. Division club who until 1984 were in the top division. Along with my daughters I go to almost every game, home and away. Last season the club was taken over by new Icelandic owners who have changed it for the better. 

The FSA was founded in 1985, after the Heysel disaster to represent the interests of true supporters and give them a more positive image. It is the only national supporters organisation for individuals in Britain.
