Paulina Tomczyk (born 1987 in Poland) is the Policy Officer at EU Athletes, the European federation of player unions and athlete associations. Working in the position since 2015, she is mainly responsible for advocating and implementation of policy, as well as representing the organization at different European fora (European Union, Council of Europe and EPAS, European Sectoral Social Dialogue Committee for Sport and Active Leisure and others). She has also been working on management of European-wide collaborative projects, including PROtect Integrity (match-fixing) and SWAFE (gender equality in sport).

Paulina holds Master’s Degrees from Law (University of Gdansk, Poland), International Public Law (Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France) and European Studies (Aix-Marseille Université, France).

A former high-level athlete, she has a black belt (1st DAN) in judo and had been a member of Polish national team for several years.
