/upload/billeder 2007 konference/speakers/lisakihl.jpgDr. Kihl is an assistant professor of sport management at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN, USA.

Her research foci centers on the topics of ethics and sport policy. She is interested in examining the impact of corruption on sport organizations.

In particular, she has been focusing her work on developing a theory of how various organizational stakeholders who are given the responsibility of administering and or representing an organization during the post corruption period are affected by the different types of corruption and its respective consequences.

A second interest of hers involves the notion of deliberative democracy and sport policy. She has been investigating how to involve more sport organizational stakeholders within the various sport policy processes as well as discovering ways for stakeholders to hold administrators accountable for their decision-making.
