Ask Vest Christiansen,
Currently holding a position as lecturer at the Department of Sport Science in Aarhus, has been conducting research within the fields of cultural analysis, elite sports, cycling, and ethics.
In 1996 he was one of the driving forces behind starting the Sports Academy in Rødovre, Denmark. He has been employed in various functions at the Depratment for Sports and Biomechanics in Odense, Denmark, where he was employed in a post doctoral position until 2006.
Numerous papers and articles on his research have been published widely and he has been speaking at national as well as international conferences around the world.
