Centre for the International Business of Sport (CIBS)
CIBS is an official Coventry University applied research centre that delivers high quality applied research, training, consultancy and networking outputs across a range of sports and in a number of different disciplines.
Members of CIBS can undertake applied research projects; offer a range of consultancy services; provide a retained academic service; deliver generic and bespoke training programmes; create opportunities for networking and collaborative exchange; and work with prospective clients to identify ways in which CIBS can assist them with specific projects.
Programmes of study available through CIBS include

MBA International Sport Management, focussing on professional sport and the commercialisation of sport business

Coventry University is a forward-looking, modern University with a proud tradition as a provider of high quality education and a focus for multidisciplinary research.
It is an established academic presence regionally, nationally and internationally, and takes great care in providing a supportive environment for all its students. Under the terms of the Further and Higher Education Act of 1992, Coventry Polytechnic changed its name to Coventry University, but its roots can be traced as far back as 1843 to the Coventry College of Design.
